Ticketing · NFC cashless · Ambassadors
On the day,
everything has to
hold.
Presales, bar credits and ambassador commissions in one system. Your name, your domain, your night.
0 % fees on cashless top-ups
Offline · scanning and payments keep running
Built in Belgium · hosted in France (EU)
Four tools.
One single ledger.
Ticketing here, a till there, a spreadsheet for volunteers, a WhatsApp group for outlets. On the night, consolidation breaks.
Stock sold twice
Two tills, two files, a capacity that never talks. You discover overselling at the door.
The bar waiting for signal
A terminal that does not answer, a growing queue, and revenue that stops.
Credit without proof
Tokens, a spreadsheet, a balance you cannot justify with an entry.
Commission on trust
Referral codes lost in messages, attribution you cannot prove afterwards.
Stock reserved at order time
An atomic reservation per ticket type: capacity stays right, even under heavy load.
Scanning and payments offline
Tickets and useful balances are embedded and signed; reconciliation happens when the network returns.
A ledger, not a spreadsheet
Every credit movement is an entry, with balance after the operation and VAT split.
Verifiable attribution
One link per ambassador, commission calculated on honoured sales, a statement ready to pay.
A festival does not fail on sales.
It fails on the queue.
From going on sale
to the last scan.
A single chain, from the first euro collected to the last credit spent. No export to stitch together on Monday.
Ticketing.
Capacity is reserved at order time, not at payment. No overselling, even at 21:59. The QR is signed: a forged ticket never touches the database.
89,00 €1 billet · 1 scan
Cashless.
€1 = 1 credit, no hidden rate. The balance reads in euros, tops up online or at the till, and is paid with one scan — even when the network drops.
32,00 €
1 € = 1 crédit · bar, food, merch

Ambassadors.
Every ticket knows where it came from. Commission is calculated on collected revenue, with a hold period and a verifiable statement before payout.
Security is not
a promise. It is an archive.
A payment system is judged on what it can demonstrate afterwards: signatures, permissions, entries, journal.
Signed, not drawn.
Every QR carries an offline-verifiable Ed25519 signature. Ticket state remains the only authority.
Seven roles, no grey zone.
Every action requires an explicit permission, filtered by tenant. A session without a second factor opens nothing.
A chained journal.
Every sensitive action extends a hash chain sealed per tenant. Tampering shows.
No card data here.
Stripe hosts card entry. We store no PAN or CVV: PCI SAQ A scope, strict CSP.
The price of a system,
not one more subscription.
A readable grid, with no hidden fees on top-ups. You know what a night costs before producing it.

What we are asked
before signing.
Eight concrete answers. If yours is missing, write to us: it will join this list.
Do we need specific hardware?
No. Scanning runs in the browser of your team’s Android phones. NFC wristbands and top-up terminals are optional: we help you choose a compatible model and test your devices before the event.
Does cashless really work without network?
Yes for scanning and payment: tickets and useful balances are embedded in a signed manifest on the device, and every scan is timestamped locally. When the network returns, everything reconciles and replayed scans are rejected. Online top-ups do require a connection.
Can we keep our visual identity?
Yes. The platform is white-label: your logo, your colours, your domain. Clixite only appears in the footer as technical processor and in the legal notices you must publish as organiser.
How is VAT handled?
Every sales line carries its rate: 6 % for an eligible cultural ticket, 12 % for on-site catering, 21 % for drinks and merchandise. Exports give detail per rate and per outlet. Applicable rates are confirmed with your accountant: we provide the tooling, we do not decide for you.
When do we receive the money?
Online sales arrive in your Stripe account according to its payout schedule. Cashless is paid out after event closing and reconciliation, under the contract terms.
Are unspent credits refunded?
You define the rule, and it must be displayed at top-up time. The platform supports full or partial refunds and keeps the trace of every movement. We provide a template rule to adapt and validate with your lawyer.
How long does it take to start?
A simple presale can open within days. An event with cashless, outlets and trained teams takes one to two weeks, including offline tests.
What happens if something goes wrong on the night?
Offline mode is the default plan B: scanning continues, online top-ups resume as soon as the network returns. Support is reachable during the event and every incident is recorded in the audit journal.

Shall we test it on
your event?
Thirty minutes by video or in Wavre. Your numbers, your constraints, a clear estimate — even if you do not sign.
